To be successful you must be able to work a variety of weekdays, weekends, and nights (sometimes until 2am or 4am).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt, friendly and polite service and assistance to customers
Maintain accuracy in all cash handling procedures
Operation of Keno and gaming machines
Ensure the environment is clean and welcoming for our guests
Ensure all RSA and RSG legislative requirements are enforced
Prepare drinks and basic food for guests
The ideal candidate will have:
Able to work a variety of shifts- weekdays, weekends, and nights (4am finishes)
An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Great customer service skills
Cash handling skills
Keno experience (not essential)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Experience in a similar role
Impeccable personal presentation
RSA and RSG certificates of attainment
